We have a visit to Sarawak Culture Village which was promoted by the local people & took the afternoon trip there.
If you are a student, please do not forget to bring along your student ID card to get the student rate at only RM15 per head. Otherwise, you will charge at RM60 per head. Another RM20-22 for the return transfer from City Centre to Sarawak Culture Village. It's took about 30-45 minutes to the place depending on the current traffic at that time.
At Sarawak Culture Village, if you are not a student then you will be given a small book called 'passport'. This passport includes the information of the Sarawak Culture Village & you will have to stamp on it for every check point that you has visited in the Sarawak Culture Village.
There are about 7 check points which are the 7 types of ethnic houses in Sarawak. You may see the diferrent of their ethnic houses as well as their historical background.
Later, you may seat in the theatre to watch their traditional culture dance which will be performe only twice per day, morning & evening at 4pm. Also, you will be able to dance with them at the end of the show.
